The Authority clarified in a statement on X that the service is available at the main building in the South Surra area, during official working hours split into two shifts: a morning shift from 7:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., and an afternoon shift from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
It added that the service is part of efforts to expand digital service offerings and facilitate citizens’ transactions electronically, eliminating the need for traditional procedures.
