The unified government e-services application “Sahel” has launched a new menu titled “Report,” a move aimed at expanding direct communication channels between citizens, residents, and government entities regarding services and facilities linked to their daily lives, and reinforcing the concept of participation in improving service quality and addressing feedback more quickly and efficiently.
The Executive Committee of the “Sahel – Sahel Business” application stated in a statement to the Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) on Wednesday that the “Report” menu allows citizens and residents to submit reports and feedback directly to the relevant government entity, and to track the status of their reports electronically via the application. This contributes to streamlining procedures, accelerating the delivery of reports to the concerned authority, and enhancing the efficiency of response and follow-up.

The committee added that, in its current phase, the menu includes the Ministry of Public Works, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, the Public Authority for Communications and Information Technology, the Public Authority for Food and Nutrition, the Public Authority for Combating Corruption (“Nazaha”), the Capital Market Authority, and the Kuwait Municipality.
It noted that additional government entities are expected to join the “Report” menu in the coming phases, thereby broadening the scope of available reports and strengthening the role of “Sahel” as a unified government platform for communication, service delivery, and follow-up.
It pointed out that the launch of the menu is part of the continuous development of the “Sahel” application and the expansion of integration among government entities, providing users with a single unified government portal that consolidates services, communication, and follow-up in one place.
