In a statement following its meeting today, Tuesday, in the third phase of the Martyr’s Park administrative building, chaired by Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, the Council announced that it had forwarded the draft decree to His Highness the Amir of Kuwait, Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.
