Foreign Minister Discusses with His Tunisian and Djiboutian Counterparts the Enhancement of Relations and Regional and International Developments

Foreign Minister Sheikh Jara Al-Jaber met today, Saturday, with the foreign ministers of Tunisia and Djibouti in separate meetings at the permanent mission of the State of Kuwait to the United Nations in New York, on the sidelines of the high-level week of the 81st session of the UN General Assembly.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated in a press release that Sheikh Jara Al-Jaber met with Mohamed Ali Al-Nafati, Tunisia’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Migration, and Tunisians Abroad. The two sides reviewed bilateral relations between the two brotherly countries and ways to enhance and develop them across various fields, as well as discussed the latest developments in regional and international affairs.

The Foreign Minister also met with Abd al-Qadir Omar, Djibouti’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and official government spokesperson. During the meeting, the two sides reviewed bilateral relations between the two brotherly countries and ways to strengthen and develop them in various fields, along with discussions on the latest regional and international developments.
