Teachers' Association Continues Preparations for Its 46th Educational Conference in October
Under the patronage of His Highness the Amir, the event will feature 24 sessions and workshops on the future of education, digital transformation, and artificial intelligence.
The Kuwait Teachers Association continues its preparations to organize its 46th Educational Conference, which will be held under the patronage of His Highness the Amir, Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, and attended by Minister of Education Eng. Sayed Jalal Al-Tabtabaee, representing His Highness, from October 4 to 6 next year, under the theme “Innovative Visions for a Sustainable Educational Future in Kuwait.”
Association President Hamad Al-Houli stated that His Highness the Amir’s patronage of the conference carries significant implications, reflecting his interest in educational issues and his support for efforts aimed at achieving reform, development, and improvement plans, alongside backing teachers and affirming their status and role in building the nation’s future.

He noted that the conference coincides with the month in which International Teachers’ Day is celebrated on October 5.
Al-Houli added that all conference events and sessions will take place during morning hours at the Jaber Al-Ahmad Cultural Centre, featuring 24 sessions and workshops, with broad educational participation reaching at least 3,000 attendees.
He clarified that a number of specialists, academics, and educators from within and outside Kuwait will participate in the conference sessions and workshops, which will discuss developing curricula using innovative methods that keep pace with future requirements, education in the context of digital transformation and the use of artificial intelligence, leveraging modern technologies to enhance teaching and learning, and the ethical and regulatory frameworks governing the use of technology in education.
The conference will also discuss preparing teachers to meet the demands of modern education, developing the leadership and professional competencies of teachers, the role of educational leadership in improving the quality of education, and managing change and development in educational institutions.
It will also address the role of education in reinforcing environmental awareness among learners, enhancing social responsibility through education, cooperation between educational institutions and the local community, and the role of education in achieving sustainable development in the State of Kuwait.
Conference topics also include education and the requirements of the knowledge economy, human resource development through education, nurturing gifted and creative students, continuing education, and labor market requirements.
