Minister of Communications Discusses with the French Ambassador the Expansion of Technical and Digital Cooperation

State Minister for Communications Affairs and Acting Minister of Media and Culture Omar Al-Omar, French Ambassador to Kuwait Olivier Goffen, and CEO of the French company Pertimm Charles-Henri Bou discussed areas of joint cooperation between the two countries in the fields of communications and information technology.

The Ministry of Media stated in a press release on Thursday that this came during a meeting between the two sides, during which they reviewed ways to enhance partnerships and exchange expertise in technical and digital fields, thereby contributing to supporting technological development and innovation pathways and strengthening cooperation between the public and private sectors.

The statement quoted Minister Al-Omar emphasizing Kuwait’s commitment to continuing to strengthen its relations with the French Republic and expanding the horizons of joint cooperation in technical and digital fields, in a manner that serves the common interests of the two friendly countries and supports the exchange of expertise and knowledge.
