Transfer and appointment decisions for supervisory positions in the Ministry of Education

- The transfers and appointments included department directors, supervisors, and section heads, as part of a redistribution of responsibilities and an effort to enhance administrative efficiency.

The Minister of Education, Eng. Syed Jalal Al-Tabatabai, and the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education, Dr. Khaled Al-Rashid, issued a number of transfer and appointment decisions. These decisions covered department directors, supervisors, and section heads across various sectors of the ministry.

The Ministry of Education emphasized that these decisions are a continuation of measures to develop administrative work and support the ministry’s plans and programs, as well as to complete organizational procedures related to the approved organizational structure. They aim to redistribute responsibilities and tasks in alignment with the competencies of organizational units and operational needs.

The ministry clarified that the decisions seek to make optimal use of national competencies and expertise, strengthen institutional performance, and enhance administrative efficiency, while achieving greater fluidity and integration among sectors. This will support the implementation of the ministry’s plans and programs in the coming period.

Among the decisions, Jasem Mohammed Taher Bu Hamad, Director of the Administrative and Technical Affairs Department in the Hawalli Educational Zone, was assigned to perform the duties of Director of the Administrative and Technical Affairs Department in the Ahmadi Educational Zone, in addition to his original role.

Mohammed Saad Falih Al-Adwani was transferred from the Administrative and Technical Affairs Department in the Ahmadi Educational Zone to serve as Director of the Administrative and Technical Affairs Department in the Jahra Educational Zone.

Assistant Mohammed Naif Madhri was transferred from the position of Secondary Education Supervisor in the Mubarak Al-Kabeer Educational Zone to the same position in the Jahra Educational Zone, and was assigned to perform the duties of Director of the Educational Affairs Department in the zone, in addition to his original role.

Ahmed Abdulaziz Nasser Khalid was transferred from the position of Intermediate Education Supervisor in the Ahmadi Educational Zone to the same position in the Hawalli Educational Zone, and was assigned to perform the duties of Director of the Educational Affairs Department in the zone, in addition to his original role.

The decisions also included assigning Ibrahim Youssef Al-Khader, a school principal, to perform the duties of Director of the Educational Affairs Department in the Ahmadi Educational Zone, and Mohammed Abdullah Al-Harbi, a school principal, to perform the duties of Director of the Educational Affairs Department in the Mubarak Al-Kabeer Educational Zone, in addition to their respective original roles.

Mahmoud Abdulridha Ali Mohammed, Intermediate Education Supervisor in the Jahra Educational Zone, was transferred to the same position in the Farwaniya Educational Zone and was assigned to perform the duties of Director of the Educational Affairs Department in the zone, in addition to his original role.

Yusra Feisal Daesh Al-Atir, Physical Education Technical Supervisor in the Jahra Educational Zone, was transferred to work in the Capital Educational Supervision Department and was assigned to perform the duties of Director of the Physical Education Technical Supervision Department, in addition to her original role.

The decisions also included renewing the assignment of Nouf Mohammed Ibrahim Al-Mahboub, Head of the Secretariat Section in the Public Relations and Educational Media Department, to perform the duties of Public Relations and Educational Media Supervisor in the educational zones, and renewing the assignment of Mohammed Sadiq Jafar Al-Badri, Junior Media Researcher, to perform the duties of Head of the Electronic Publishing Section, in addition to their respective original roles.

Aadila Abdul Latif Sultan Al-Najdi, a school principal in the Ahmadi Educational Zone, was assigned to perform the duties of Secondary Education Affairs Supervisor in the zone, and Saadia Saad Mubarak Faraj, a school principal, was assigned to perform the duties of Kindergarten Education Affairs Supervisor in the Capital Educational Zone.

The decisions also included appointing Amal Ayoub Yacoub Haider, an art education specialist in the Jahra Educational Zone, to perform the duties of Supervisor of Preschool Educational Affairs in the zone, and Mubarak Abdullah Mubarak Al-Khashab, a school principal, to perform the duties of Supervisor of Secondary Educational Affairs in the Mubarak Al-Kabeer Educational Zone.

It was also decided to appoint Mohammed Sharida Hassan Al-Anzi, a school principal, to perform the duties of Supervisor of Middle School Educational Affairs in the Jahra Educational Zone, and Nawar Awad Al-Rashidi, a school principal, to perform the duties of Supervisor of Primary Educational Affairs in the Hawalli Educational Zone.

The decisions included appointing Ayman Abdul-Karim Amin Al-Ansari, a school principal, to perform the duties of Supervisor of Middle School Educational Affairs in the Ahmadi Educational Zone, and Dalal Fahd Saad Al-Shamari, a school principal, to perform the duties of Supervisor of Primary Educational Affairs in the Jahra Educational Zone.

It was also decided to appoint Nawaf Ali Haji Bouzbar to perform the duties of Supervisor of Religious Institutes Affairs in the Religious Education Department, and Hamad Fahd Yousef Al-Ghanim, an art education specialist in the Private Education Department, to perform the duties of Supervisor of Art Education Guidance for Private Education, and Athari Nasser Juma Al-Husainan, a physical education specialist in the Hawalli Educational Zone, to perform the duties of Hawalli Guidance Supervisor, in addition to their original duties.

The decisions included appointing Yousef Mohammed Al-Heran, Head of General Services Section at the Ahmadi Educational Zone Services Supervision, to perform the duties of Head of Adult Education Section at the Examinations Supervision, and Badr Fouad Al-Shatti, an Arabic language specialist in the Mubarak Al-Kabeer Zone, to perform the duties of Head of Awareness and Development Section at the Giftedness Office, in addition to their original work.

The decisions also included transferring Hessa Jassim Mohammed Arab, a physical education specialist in the Farwaniya Educational Zone, to work at the Physical Education Guidance Supervision in the Jahra Educational Zone, and transferring Hanan Sahab Al-Mutairi, a physical education specialist in the Private Education Department, to work at the Farwaniya Educational Zone Guidance Supervision.

The decisions included transferring Tariq Ahmed Al-Banna, a physical education specialist in the Hawalli Educational Zone, to work at the Ahmadi Educational Zone Guidance Supervision, and Nadia Badr Saad Al-Mutairi, a physical education specialist in the Farwaniya Educational Zone, to work at the Religious Education and Special Education Guidance Supervision.

It was also decided to transfer Mutaib Mutlaq Mutaib Al-Mutairi, a physical education specialist in the Jahra Educational Zone, to work at the Mubarak Al-Kabeer Educational Zone Guidance Supervision, and transfer Khaled Khalifa Jaber Al-Azmi from the Middle School Education Supervision in the Hawalli Educational Zone to the position of Supervisor of Arabic Schools in the General Directorate of Private Education.
