Justice Ministry to begin interviews with 424 candidates who passed the written exam, in preparation for appointment as Deputy Public Prosecutors, on Thursday

- 632 candidates met the eligibility requirements for the exam, of whom 578 attended.

- Each candidate will be notified of their individual interview schedule via the "Sahel" platform.

The Ministry of Justice will begin conducting individual interviews on September 24 for 424 successful candidates who passed the electronic written exam for the position of "Junior Legal Researcher," as a preparatory step toward appointment to the position of Deputy Public Prosecutor (Grade J), reserved for Kuwaiti nationals graduating in the 2024–2025 academic year.

The interviews will be conducted before the selection committee for the "Junior Legal Researcher" position, as announced on February 8, 2026, at the headquarters of the Kuwait Institute for Judicial and Legal Studies, in accordance with the specific schedule assigned to each candidate.

These interviews follow the electronic written exam held at Kuwait University, where 632 candidates met the prescribed eligibility requirements, 578 attended, and 424 successfully passed the exam.

The Ministry affirmed that this stage completes the procedures for selecting qualified national competencies to join the Public Prosecution, in accordance with unified and objective standards that uphold justice, transparency, and equal opportunity among candidates.

It clarified that each candidate will receive notification of their individual interview date via the "Sahel" application, urging successful candidates to adhere to the designated times.
