The public prosecutor’s office in Istanbul referred 211 suspects to the judiciary after arresting them as part of an investigation targeting an international fraud network linked to the Israeli occupation.

The Turkish Anadolu Agency reported on Monday that investigations into international fraud in the forex market are being conducted under the supervision of Turkey’s Ministry of Interior and the National Intelligence Organization (MIT), in coordination with the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office, and with the participation of Interpol, the Cybercrime Department, and Interpol’s General Secretariat.

It noted that, as part of the security operation, 25 companies, 40 call centers, and financial offices were identified, along with the suspects who managed these institutions. Nine of those detained hold Israeli occupation citizenship, while the rest hold various Arab and foreign nationalities.

According to Turkish security sources, many Turkish and foreign nationals were working in these call centers. In a coordinated raid targeting the call centers and financial offices, Turkish security forces arrested the suspects.

Turkish authorities seized assets valued at approximately $30.9 million, 80 vehicles, and 12 properties, while imposing restrictions on bank accounts, cryptocurrency assets, and corporate accounts.
