The official spokesperson for the “Coalition to Support Legitimacy in Yemen” forces, Major General Turki Al-Maliki, announced on Saturday that the Saudi Royal Air Defense Forces successfully intercepted and destroyed a ballistic missile fired by the so-called “Houthi terrorist militia” toward the city of Riyadh.

Al-Maliki stated that the Houthi militia’s continued escalation and attempts to target civilians and civilian infrastructure in the capital, Riyadh, which is home to more than 8 million citizens and residents, underscore its deliberate and systematic targeting of civilians and civilian objects.
