Youth and Sports Ministry attracts 15 world-class coaches to develop under-12 football talents

The General Authority for Youth and Sports announced on Saturday the recruitment of 15 world-class coaches, distributed among the 15 football clubs, to work with the under-12 age group, in cooperation with the Kuwait Football Association.

Bishar Abdullah, Director General of the General Authority for Youth and Sports, stated in a press release that the selection of the 15 coaches was based on specific qualifications and criteria, following a review and evaluation of approximately 150 resumes over three months, in coordination with the International Federation of Association Football (FIFA), and drawing on several global projects and experiences in this field.

Abdullah added that this initiative stems from the Authority’s role in caring for the youth, developing their athletic capabilities, and creating suitable conditions for them, thereby contributing to building a generation of athletes capable of progressing and achieving success in the future.
