Omani Foreign Minister Holds Talks with His German Counterpart on Resuming Navigation in the Strait of Hormuz and the Red Sea

Omani Foreign Minister Badr Al Busaidi held a telephone conversation with his German counterpart, Johann Wadefoll, to discuss a number of regional issues of mutual concern.

The Omani Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a statement that the two ministers exchanged views on ways to resume freedom of navigation in the Strait of Hormuz and the Red Sea area, while supporting efforts to reduce tensions and escalation, thereby enhancing the prospects for consolidating regional security and stability.
