Representative of His Highness the Crown Prince heads to the United States

- To lead Kuwait’s delegation to the United Nations General Assembly

By God’s grace and protection, His Highness Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad, the Amir of the beloved country, represented by His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled and the official delegation accompanying him, departed the country this morning bound for the friendly United States of America, to lead Kuwait’s delegation to the 81st session of the United Nations General Assembly, which will be held in New York City.

His Highness was seen off at the airport by His Highness Sheikh Ahmad Al-Abdullah, the Prime Minister; Sheikh Mubarak Al-Humoud, the Commander of the National Guard; Sheikh Fahad Al-Yousef, the First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior; Sheikh Hamad Al-Jaber, Minister of Diwan Amiri Affairs; Sharida Al-Muwasharji, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs; Sheikh Thamer Al-Jaber, Head of the Crown Prince’s Diwan; Engineer Sheikh Hamad Al-Mubarak, Chairman of the Public Authority for Civil Aviation; and other senior officials.

Accompanying His Highness is an official delegation comprising Sheikh Jara Al-Jaber, Minister of Foreign Affairs; Sheikh Dr. Meshal Al-Jaber, Director General of the Direct Investment Promotion Authority; and other senior officials.
