Apple launches Apple TV service in Kuwait for the first time

- Included in the iCloud+ subscription at no additional cost

Apple announced the launch of Apple TV in Kuwait for the first time, as part of a new expansion of the iCloud+ subscription that also includes the gaming service Apple Arcade, at no additional cost to subscribers.

The company stated that access to both services for subscribers in Kuwait will begin during the current month of September, as part of an expansion covering more than 100 countries and regions that will continue until the end of the month.

Apple TV will enable users in Kuwait to watch a selection of Apple’s original content, including the series “Ted Lasso,” “The Studio,” and “Severance,” alongside films, documentaries, and children’s and family programming.

Apple Arcade will also provide subscribers with access to more than 200 games, while iCloud+ subscription prices in Kuwait start at $0.99 per month for the 50GB storage plan, with larger storage options available.

The Family Sharing feature allows an iCloud+ subscription to be shared with up to five family members.

Apple clarified that with the launch of the expanded bundle, Apple TV and Apple Arcade will no longer be available as standalone subscriptions in Kuwait, while existing subscribers will continue to access both services through their iCloud+ subscription.

iCloud+ subscribers in Kuwait will also receive Apple Music Select, along with the option to subscribe to Apple Music at a reduced price.

With this expansion, Apple TV has added 59 new countries to its availability, making it accessible in 170 countries and regions worldwide.
