- Qatari Ministry of Foreign Affairs: The security of the Kingdom is an integral part of Qatar’s security and the Gulf security system
Qatar strongly condemned the Houthi group’s targeting of the Taif province in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with a drone. The death of one person, injuries to two others, and material damage to several buildings and vehicles resulted from the drone’s fragments after it was intercepted.
In a statement issued on Thursday, the Qatari Ministry of Foreign Affairs emphasized that these attacks constitute a reprehensible aggressive behavior, an unacceptable disregard for civilian lives, a blatant violation of the sovereignty of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and a clear breach of international law.
