The years have taught me that the truest path to success is to be honest with yourself before asking honesty from others, and to live your life with a single, consistent face—one that interests do not alter, circumstances do not change, and positions do not redraw.
They have also taught me that success, no matter how hard one strives and endeavors, ultimately remains a divine grace from Allah, the Exalted. What Allah wills comes to pass, and what He does not will does not occur. Whoever places their trust in Allah, sincerely intends, and follows the right path, Allah opens doors for them that they never imagined.
They have also taught me that the love of people is a blessing and a hidden strength. Not every achievement is measured by numbers, nor is every success measured by positions. Sometimes, the greatest thing a person can possess is leaving a positive impression in people’s hearts, and finding those around them who pray for them in their absence and rejoice at their success as they rejoice at their own.
People may not remember your position for long,
but they do remember your noble conduct,
your honest words, a hand extended in times of need, and a heart that has never known betrayal.
Life has taught me that a true friend is not changed by positions. They remain the same whether you are at the peak or have descended from it, whether you hold power or have nothing. They do not draw near out of greed, nor do they distance themselves if your status changes. They know you by your name, not your title, and love you for who you are, not for your rank.

How beautiful it is when a person reaches a stage where they realize that among Allah’s greatest blessings upon them are not wealth, nor position, nor fame, but sincere and loyal friends—those with whom you do not need to explain yourself, disguise your image, or wear a mask that is not yours.
Friends who rejoice in your joy and grieve in your sorrow, who advise you when you err, remind you of goodness when you are absent, and preserve your bond even when time and distance separate you.

So, if Allah grants you a sincere heart, a tranquil soul, a good reputation, and friends whom time and positions do not change, He has given you from this world what cannot be bought with money.
