The 16th meeting of the Kuwaiti-Italian Military Cooperation Committee was held in Rome, the Italian capital, chaired by Colonel Rakan Raed Mubarak Al-Sakran, Deputy Head of the Operations and Plans Directorate of the Kuwaiti Army, and Major General Adrian Argieri, Head of the Strategic Planning Directorate of the Italian Army.
