The General Fire Force announced on Wednesday the implementation of 16 administrative closures, the issuance of 27 notices, and the delivery of two final closure warnings to non-compliant facilities in the Al-Fahaheel Industrial Area of the Ahmadi Governorate.
In a press statement, the Fire Force said the campaign was carried out in cooperation and coordination with the Ministries of Interior and Commerce and Industry, the Kuwait Municipality, the Public Authority for Environmental Affairs, and the Technical Inspection Department.
It clarified that the campaign aims to strengthen field supervision and ensure that facilities comply with applicable regulations and standards, while detecting violations and taking necessary legal action against violators.
The Force affirmed its continuation of campaigns in collaboration with relevant government authorities to curb violations and enhance safety and organization levels in the governorate’s industrial areas.
