UAE Ministry of Defense announces martyrdom of two of its personnel during a training mission

The UAE Ministry of Defense announced on Monday that two of its personnel were martyred while carrying out a training mission within the country.

The Emirates News Agency (WAM) quoted the ministry as mourning the martyrs, Major Abdullah Shams Al-Minhali and Candidate Saeed Abdullah Al-Shamsi, who were martyred during a training mission in the country on Monday, September 14, 2026.

The ministry extended its deepest condolences and sympathies to the families of the martyrs, praying to God Almighty to have mercy on them, grant them a place in His vast Paradise, and inspire their families and loved ones with patience and solace.
