The State

The State of Kuwait has always been compassionate toward its citizens and residents.

Thanks to the First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior for allowing stateless individuals to travel abroad for medical treatment using their Kuwaiti passports, pending a final decision on their status.

The First Deputy Prime Minister is also urged to extend this measure to those who wish to travel abroad to continue their studies.

Kuwait and its leaders are people of humanity and loyalty, and this arrangement will provide relief to these individuals until their cases are resolved.
