Minister of Education: Return to schools marks a new beginning for work, responsibility, and achievement in the educational field

Education Minister Eng. Syed Jalal Al-Tabtabaei conducted an inspection tour of several schools in the Capital Education Zone to assess on-the-ground readiness and operational continuity, and to monitor the educational atmosphere at the start of the new academic year.
During the tour, Minister Al-Tabtabaei reviewed the progress of the educational process, listened to feedback from teaching and administrative staff as well as students, and monitored the readiness of classrooms and educational and service facilities. He emphasized the importance of providing a safe, stable, and motivating educational environment that meets students’ needs and supports a positive, organized start to the academic year from day one.
The Education Minister congratulated teaching and administrative staff, as well as male and female students, on the launch of the new academic year. He expressed his appreciation for all school workers for their sincere efforts in serving the educational process, and wished everyone an academic year rich in contribution and achievement, and students excellence and success.
Al-Tabtabaei stated that “returning to schools is not merely the beginning of a new academic year, but the start of a new phase of work, responsibility, and achievement. The Ministry of Education is present in the field alongside its teaching and administrative staff, and will spare no effort in providing everything necessary to support schools and enable their staff to fulfill their mission optimally.”
He noted that the Ministry continues its field monitoring of various schools and kindergartens, emphasizing that readiness, stability, and the quality of the educational environment are fundamental priorities during the current phase. Observations and needs highlighted by the field will be addressed according to priority, contributing to providing the best educational and administrative conditions for students and staff.
He mentioned that the start of the academic year represents an important milestone for completing the efforts made by various ministry sectors in recent periods, calling on school administrations and teaching and administrative staff to continue working with a spirit of teamwork and to enhance cooperation and coordination to ensure organized, safe, and motivating learning environments.
Addressing students on the occasion of the new academic year, the Education Minister said: “My dear students, this is a new academic year carrying new opportunities for learning, success, and achieving aspirations. I urge you to be diligent and hardworking, and to make the most of the resources available in your schools. Let this year be a new station for excellence and building the future. We are confident in your capabilities and aspirations, and look forward to seeing more achievements and successes from you, and that you always remain a source of pride for your families, schools, and country.”
The Minister emphasized that the success of the academic year is a shared responsibility involving the integrated efforts of the Ministry, school administrations, teaching and administrative staff, families, and students. He stressed that the best interests of students will remain at the forefront of the Ministry’s priorities, commended the efforts of educational staff in the field, and expressed confidence in their ability to continue working and contributing.
The Minister of Education concluded his remarks by emphasizing that the Ministry looks forward to an academic year defined by hard work, achievement, and development, reflecting the State of Kuwait’s aspirations to elevate the education system and provide a supportive and motivating learning environment for its students, thereby contributing to the realization of educational objectives and the building of a generation capable of sustaining the nation’s development trajectory.
