First Deputy Prime Minister

Whether I disagreed with or concurred with Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Fahad Al-Yousef, he remains the ultimate decision-maker, regardless of whether his decision was “right or wrong” from an administrative standpoint.

Previously, the process was hampered by indecision, particularly during periods of intense parliamentary activity, when government decisions were subjected to endless deliberations. What we needed was swift decision-making, rather than squandering numerous opportunities.

And tomorrow brings a new day...
