Kuwait participated in the 65th Coordinating Meeting of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Ministers of Labor, held in Cairo yesterday evening on the sidelines of the 52nd session of the Arab Labor Conference.
The Public Authority for Manpower said in a press statement on Sunday that the Kuwaiti delegation attending the meeting was led by the Authority’s Director General, Engineer Rabab Al-Asimi.
It noted that the meeting addressed a number of labor issues of common interest and exchanged views on them, thereby enhancing GCC cooperation and coordination and supporting the development of labor fields at both the GCC and Arab levels.
The 52nd session of the Arab Labor Conference began today and will continue until September 20.
