Saudi Civil Defense: Early warning issued in Khamis Mushait and Abha to warn of danger

Saudi Civil Defense announced today that the threat has passed in Khamis Mushait Governorate and the city of Abha.

It called for continued adherence to Civil Defense instructions, strictly avoiding gatherings and photography, and directed people to contact the emergency number (998) in case of emergencies.

Earlier, Saudi Civil Defense had issued an alert through the National Early Warning Platform for Emergencies in Khamis Mushait Governorate and the city of Abha to warn of the danger.

Civil Defense urged the public to follow official guidelines and instructions, remain calm, and immediately proceed to the nearest safe location. It advised against leaving homes or buildings until the threat has subsided, staying away from open areas, glass, balconies, and rooftops, and avoiding gatherings, photography, and hazardous sites.
