Foreign Minister Discusses Regional Developments with His Saudi, Emirati, Omani, and Bahraini Counterparts
The Foreign Minister, Sheikh Jara Al-Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, held telephone conversations on Thursday with the UAE’s Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan; Saudi Arabia’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud; Bahrain’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani; and Oman’s Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Badr Al Busaidi.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a press statement that the calls discussed the latest regional developments and diplomatic efforts aimed at enhancing security and stability in the region, and ensuring the safety and freedom of maritime navigation in the Strait of Hormuz.
