The ministry submits contracts to the Court of Audit after obtaining approval from the Central Tenders Committee, at different times. Once it receives the Court’s approval, the ministry concludes the contracts with the winning bids that comply with the technical specifications set by the Central Tenders Committee. If there are any observations, the ministry will address them to secure approval for implementing the contracts, which are part of the ministry’s strenuous efforts to ensure the availability of medicines and necessary medical supplies for hospitals and health centers, and to strengthen pharmaceutical security.
