Minister of Social Affairs, Family, and Childhood Affairs, Dr. Amthal Al-Huwaili, emphasized the need to accelerate the processing of cases for persons with disabilities, facilitate procedures for beneficiaries, and expedite decisions related to education, while continuing to develop services and enhance their quality.
This statement came during a site inspection tour conducted by Al-Huwaili at the headquarters of the Public Authority for Persons with Disabilities in Hawalli Governorate, attended by the Authority’s Director General, Dr. Dalal Al-Othman, and several Authority officials, to review ongoing operations and monitor the level of services provided to visitors and beneficiaries.

Al-Huwaili reviewed the operational procedures across the Authority’s various departments and halls, and directed that efforts continue to develop services, accelerate the processing of beneficiaries’ cases, and streamline their procedures as quickly as possible.
She also monitored the workflow in the Authority’s halls and the procedures for receiving visitors and providing them with services, stressing the importance of enhancing operational mechanisms and raising service quality, thereby contributing to improved performance and ensuring beneficiary satisfaction.
