The case details stem from the security authorities’ arrest of the suspect following suspicions that he was impersonating a title he did not hold. Investigations revealed that he used forged identities and documents to present himself as an advisor.

Case documents showed that the suspect exploited the assumed title to build relationships with several ambassadors and diplomatic figures, and he received gifts from both Arab and foreign ambassadors, taking advantage of the image he projected as a person of official standing.
