The Coalition Supporting Legitimacy in Yemen confirmed on Wednesday that the Houthi militia continues its reprehensible attacks on the Kingdom’s assets and infrastructure.

The Coalition Forces’ official spokesperson, Brigadier General Turki Al-Maliki, stated that the continuation of these attacks confirms the Houthi militia’s approach and extremist ideology of escalation and targeting civilians in the Kingdom.

He clarified that the militia launched attacks against the cities of Khamis Mushait, Abha, and Jizan on Wednesday using several ballistic missiles and drones.

Al-Maliki emphasized that the Coalition’s joint command will respond to these attacks responsibly to protect the Kingdom’s sovereignty and national assets, as well as to safeguard civilians and civilian objects, in line with the principle of self-defense under international law and Article 51 of the UN Charter, and in accordance with international humanitarian law and its customary rules.
