Dar Al-Mohamaya Exclusive Partner for GC Elite Leaders Kuwait 2026 in Kuwait
The law firm Dar Al-Mohamaya has announced its collaboration with GC Elite as the Exclusive Country Partner in Kuwait for the GC Elite Leaders Kuwait 2026 program, coinciding with the launch of GC Elite’s independent research and the opening of nominations for the program in Kuwait.
Under this partnership, Dar Al-Mohamaya will support the development of the program in Kuwait and facilitate engagement with the in-house legal community. However, all research, methodology, evaluation, selection processes, and recognition decisions will remain independent and under the full responsibility of GC Elite.

GC Elite Leaders Kuwait 2026 aims to highlight General Counsels and leaders of in-house legal departments whose leadership and expertise have made a tangible professional impact within their organizations, whether through enhancing governance, managing risk, supporting business sustainability, developing compliance frameworks, or effectively contributing to strategic corporate decisions.
The program is based on independent research led by GC Elite, relying on peer evaluations and direct engagement with the in-house legal community in Kuwait, with the goal of gaining deep professional insights into legal leadership and its impact within organizations.
As the program’s exclusive partner in Kuwait, Dar Al-Mohamaya will contribute to supporting the local development of the program and strengthening communication with the community of General Counsels and in-house legal leaders, without any involvement in the research, evaluation, selection, or recognition decisions, which remain entirely independent under GC Elite’s management.

The GC Elite Leaders Kuwait 2026 program has opened nominations for General Counsels and senior in-house legal leaders working in the State of Kuwait.

Nominations will be accepted until the first week of October 2026, with the nomination window closing during that week to allow GC Elite sufficient time to complete its research and finalize the list ahead of the November event.
