'Reckless' to Traffic Department 'at 190 km/h'

Traffic police referred a Kuwaiti national to the Traffic Department after he was caught driving at a speed of 190 kilometers per hour. His vehicle was impounded, and legal proceedings against him are underway.

According to a security source, traffic police managed to apprehend the driver and detain him at the Traffic Department after he was traveling on one of the roads at 190 kilometers per hour, while the maximum speed limit on that road is 120 kilometers per hour. The source noted that legal procedures against him are currently being completed.
