Court Affairs Organizes Back-to-School Event at The Avenues Mall
As part of the government program to protect the family, the Public Authority for Children’s Affairs organized the “Back to School” event for the 2026–2027 academic year on Sunday, September 6, 2026, at The Avenues Mall. The event was attended by the Acting Director General of the Authority, Ms. Aliya Fahad Al-Saqer, and participated by a number of children under the Authority’s care and their parents.
The event featured a range of awareness-raising and recreational activities aimed at introducing students to the essential skills and requirements for the new academic year, particularly regarding school supplies and materials, alongside interactive activities designed to develop their skills and enhance their knowledge.
Acting Director General Ms. Aliya Fahad Al-Saqer emphasized that organizing the “Back to School” event aims to prepare students from all educational stages and age groups for returning to school, working to break down psychological barriers and alleviate feelings of apprehension, especially among students newly enrolled in the educational process. This is achieved by involving them in recreational and interactive activities that combine benefit and enjoyment.

Ms. Al-Saqer clarified that the Authority, through its programs and activities, is committed to providing specialized awareness services, particularly in the fields of education and rehabilitation. She noted that organizing this event is part of the corporate social responsibility programs that the Authority strives to implement, contributing to delivering the best services and meeting the needs of its wards and those under its care.
