Civil Status: Deletion of residential addresses for 555 individuals

The Public Authority for Civil Information announced, via the newspaper “Al-Kuwait” in its Sunday edition, the cancellation of residential addresses for 555 individuals, either upon the owner’s declaration or due to the demolition of the building.

The Authority clarified that affected individuals must visit the Authority to register a new address, or complete the procedure through the “Sahel” app, after providing the necessary documentary evidence, within 30 days from the date of the announcement.

It added that failure to comply within the specified period will result in the penalty stipulated in Article 33 of Law No. 32 of 1982, which is a fine not exceeding 100 dinars, multiplied by the number of individuals involved.
