Al-Qadisiyah defeats Al-Nassr 3-0 and returns to the path of victories

Al-Qadsieh defeated their rivals Al-Nasr 3-0 in the opening match of the third round of the Zain Premier League.

The match, held at the Mohammed Al-Hamad Stadium, saw both teams start strongly, with attacks flowing from both sides until Al-Qadsieh opened the scoring through player Ayoub Lakhdar, who scored from a free kick in the 15th minute.

Al-Qadsieh then pressed to secure the lead as Al-Nasr retreated, allowing player Abdulrahman Al-Mashifri to add a second goal in the 26th minute.

In the second half, Al-Qadsieh missed several scoring opportunities while Al-Nasr continued to retreat, handing possession to their opponents. Al-Mashifri scored his second goal for his team in the 63rd minute.

With this victory, Al-Qadsieh returns to the path of wins after stumbling and losing to Al-Kuwait in the previous round. Meanwhile, Al-Nasr, who entered the round as league leaders, suffered their first setback following two consecutive victories.

The third round’s matches will resume tomorrow, Saturday, with two games. The first will see Al-Kuwait face Al-Jahra at Al-Nasr Club’s stadium, while the second will feature Al-Fahaheel against Al-Tadamun at the Naif Al-Dabous Stadium.
