In his message, His Highness expressed his sincere congratulations on this achievement, commending Ms. Meloni’s role in strengthening the longstanding historical relations between the State of Kuwait and the friendly Italian Republic, and highlighting the shared commitment of both countries to enhance and develop these ties across various fields.
