The Arab League condemns the continued blatant Iranian aggression against Kuwait

The Arab League condemned today, Friday, the continued blatant Iranian aggression against Kuwait, most recently the missile and drone attack it suffered yesterday, affirming its complete rejection of any further infringement on the sovereignty, security, and territorial integrity of an Arab state.

In a statement, the League reaffirmed its full solidarity with Kuwait and its support for the measures it is taking to protect its security, sovereignty, and territorial integrity, stressing the danger of continuing to target the territories of Arab states and the resulting escalation of tensions and undermining of efforts to contain the crisis in the region.

The League reiterated its opposition to the transfer of conflicts and military confrontations to the territories of Arab states or to endangering the security of their peoples, facilities, and assets, calling for an immediate halt to these aggressions and for respect for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Arab states, as well as for compliance with international law and the UN Charter.
