Public Works: Closure of two lanes on the Sixth Ring Road towards Jahra, opposite the Martyrs' Area

- From Friday until Sunday morning, with drivers redirected via the service road

The Ministry of Public Works, in coordination with the General Directorate of Traffic, announced the closure of two slow lanes on the Sixth Ring Road heading toward Al-Jahra, opposite the Martyrs’ Area and up to “Mall 360,” to carry out major asphalt maintenance works.

The Ministry clarified that the exit ramp for traffic coming from the Martyrs’ Area toward the Sixth Ring Road in the direction of Al-Jahra will also be closed. The alternative exit will be via the service road, with drivers exiting at “Mall 360” to re-enter the Sixth Ring Road.

The closure will last for three days, starting at 12:00 a.m. this Friday until 5:00 a.m. on Sunday, September 6, 2026.
