Ministry of Labour to Employers: Comply with the Suspension of the Electronic Attendance Regulation at the Facility Entrance

The Public Authority for Manpower has called on employers to display the electronic attendance “QR code” regulation at the entrance of their facilities for inspection purposes.

The Authority emphasized the necessity of posting the electronic attendance regulation in a conspicuous location at the facility’s entrance, enabling inspectors to review and verify attendance and departure records during inspection visits.

It clarified that compliance with these requirements helps organize the work environment and facilitates inspection procedures.
