Ronaldo becomes Al Nassr's all-time top scorer in the Saudi League

Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo has become the all-time top scorer for Al Nassr in the Saudi Professional League since its modern era began in 2008, after netting against Al-Taawoun in the fourth round yesterday, Friday.

With this goal, Ronaldo increased his tally for Al Nassr in the league to 104 goals, surpassing Saudi legend Mohammed Al-Sahlawi by a single goal to top the club’s scoring list in the competition. Meanwhile, Majed Abdullah remains Al Nassr’s all-time top scorer across all competitions with 259 goals.

The “Don” also raised his overall professional career goal tally to 978, whether with the clubs he has represented or with the Portuguese national team, bringing him just 22 goals away from reaching the historic milestone of 1,000 goals and achieving a legendary record.
