The U.S. Federal Aviation Administration is moving to dismiss two air traffic controllers at New York’s LaGuardia Airport, who are believed to have left work early before the deadly crash at the airport on March 22, according to a source familiar with the matter told Reuters.

An Air Canada plane collided with a fire truck at LaGuardia Airport, killing both pilots.

The National Air Traffic Controllers Association said it is in discussions with FAA leadership regarding these allegations, without providing further comment.
