US President Donald Trump stated that the United States would achieve a “major victory over Iran very soon,” asserting that US forces had imposed what he described as “absolute and real dominance” over Iran.

Trump added that the performance of the US Navy and Army was “amazing,” pointing to the destruction of 22 boats last night and the continued monitoring of Iranian movements in the blockade zone.

Regarding Mojtaba Khamenei, Trump said he did not believe he had been killed, but noted that he had sustained very severe injuries to his left side, arm, and leg.

He emphasized that the United States could not allow Iran to possess nuclear weapons, considering Iranians “not the most honest group to strike a deal with.”

Trump also addressed protests inside Iran, stating that snipers were positioned on rooftops targeting protesters as they went out, and that protests had become extremely difficult given the presence of individuals ready to shoot and kill.

He added that there was a chance for protests to continue, given that the Iranian regime had “weakened considerably,” noting that many Iranian soldiers were not receiving their salaries and that the Iranian currency had become “almost worthless.”

On economic matters, Trump said that oil prices were falling very rapidly.

Regarding the visit of the US Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) director to Russia, Trump affirmed that it was not related to Iran or Moscow’s threats to the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), adding that the United States wanted the war between Russia and Ukraine to end.
