Kuwait Finance House’s eCorp platform, dedicated to its corporate clients, has seen a notable surge in usage rates following the launch of the upgraded version of its electronic services and mobile application, offering an exceptional banking experience to its corporate clientele.

In a press statement, Kuwait Finance House announced that it has added a suite of new digital services designed to enhance usability flexibility. These include providing individual user accounts with full permissions, electronic data updates, the “Zahab” payment service, issuing IBAN certificates authenticated with QR codes, displaying credit facility details, requesting new credit limits, alongside viewing transaction details, requesting new transactions, and settling overdue amounts.

The updated platform also encompasses a wide range of services, including salary transfers, cheque book requests, access to various account statements, and tracking the status of transfers to other banks. Additionally, it features user and permission management within a multi-registration system.

The platform facilitates the management of standing payment orders and subscription to monthly account statements, in addition to automated coverage services, issuance of balance certification certificates, and reactivation of dormant accounts. It also enables transactions at direct rates (360T), subscription to clearing house distributions, opening new investment accounts and deposits, issuing remittances, letters of credit, and guarantees, drawing from existing credit facilities, Zahab payments, executing various types of transfers, managing beneficiaries both within and outside Kuwait, reporting lost cards, and viewing and sharing IBAN numbers.

The statement emphasized that launching the upgraded version of the electronic services and mobile application represents an exceptional banking experience provided by the bank to its corporate clients. This is achieved by integrating the latest technologies in accordance with the highest security standards to manage financial operations in modern ways, using tools that reinforce the concept of sustainability. The update contributes to reducing reliance on paper-based transactions by enabling requests and transactions to be conducted electronically, thereby supporting sustainability goals and environmental preservation. It also delivers superior administrative and operational performance and faster execution, utilizing a modern digital interface that minimizes steps and saves time in conducting banking operations.
