Civil Service Department Discusses Mechanisms for Implementing the 'Employee Achievement Record' to Enhance Performance Measurement Efficiency

- Defining and documenting tasks and harmonizing practices in coordination with participating government entities

The Civil Service Bureau held a coordination meeting today, Monday, chaired by the Bureau’s Chairman, Dr. Essam Al-Rabean, with the attendance of senior officials from government entities participating in the “Employee Achievement Record” system project, to discuss implementation mechanisms and related executive procedures.

In a statement, the Civil Service Bureau said the meeting discussed the importance of implementing the “Employee Achievement Record” system project, the executive procedures for the system, and its implementation mechanisms to define and document job tasks, enhance coordination among participating entities, ensure harmonization of practices, and improve the efficiency of performance measurement.

The meeting was attended by Dr. Wael Nasser Hamoud Al-Sabah, Deputy Minister of Defense (on behalf), Aliya Al-Saqar, Acting Director General of the General Authority for Palace Affairs, and Hamid Al-Nasser, Assistant Undersecretary for Support Services at the Ministry of Oil (on behalf).

Also present from the Ministry of Media were Rasha Al-Saggar, Director General of the International Media Department; Nasser Al-Daihani, Director of the Technical Office; and Loujain Bualbanat, Director of Administrative Affairs. From the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Dina Al-Haddad, Director of Administrative Development and Training, attended.

Representing the Civil Service Bureau, the meeting was attended by Salah Al-Saqabi, Acting Undersecretary of the Bureau; Mohammed Al-Ahmad, Assistant Undersecretary; Dour Al-Anzi, Director of the Service Development and Work Methods Department; and Rania Al-Kouh, Director of the Citizen Services and Public Relations Department.
