Electricity Authority: Power outages in parts of Al-Zahra due to a technical fault in a transformer at Al-Sadiq Station

The Ministry of Electricity, Water and Renewable Energy announced that a main transformer at the Al-Sadiq Main Substation (A) has been taken out of service due to a technical fault.

The ministry clarified that the fault caused a power outage in limited parts of the Al-Zahraa area, Plot 2.

It added that the ministry’s emergency teams are on site and working to restore power as quickly as possible.
