Deputy Minister of Health Inspects Abdullah and Shreefa Al-Mohairi Center: Developing the Work Environment and Enhancing Service Efficiency
Deputy Minister of Health Sheikh Dr. Salman Khalifa Al-Sabah conducted an inspection tour today, Wednesday, at the Abdullah and Sharifa Al-Muhairi Health Center in the Khalidiya area, to review operational progress and the quality of health services provided to patients, as part of continuous field monitoring of health facilities.
In a press statement, the Ministry of Health noted that Sheikh Salman Al-Sabah reviewed the work mechanisms across the center’s various departments and clinics, as well as the smooth delivery of health services. He also listened to briefings from center management regarding the nature of services offered, patient intake procedures, and workflow organization.

The statement added that the tour included several departments and clinics, during which the Deputy Minister directly heard patients’ opinions and feedback on the quality of health services and the ease of accessing them, contributing to identifying opportunities for improvement and enhancing the patient experience.
It was clarified that the Deputy Minister met with medical, technical, and administrative staff, and listened to key observations and needs related to operational processes. He emphasized the importance of continuing to develop the work environment and enhancing service efficiency, thereby supporting the quality of healthcare and meeting patients’ needs.
The Ministry confirmed that this tour aligns with its approach of strengthening direct field monitoring of health facilities, assessing operational progress, and identifying the needs of facilities and staff, all of which contribute to the continued development, efficiency, and quality of health services.
