Kuwait Finance House: Launch of a fully digital bank account in Germany
Al-Musallam: New banking horizons for our customers in Europe’s key markets via the Kuwait-Turk Germany Bank app
Kuwait Finance House (KFH) announced the launch of a new service that allows customers to open a bank account in Germany through the digital application of Kuwait-Turk Germany Bank. This initiative is part of the bank’s efforts to enhance the digitalization of its products and maximize the benefits for its customers from the services and products offered by the banks within the KFH Group, while fostering interaction and connectivity with the largest possible customer base.
Nawal Al-Musallam, Deputy General Manager of Products at KFH, stated in a press statement yesterday that the new service aims to enable customers to access all banking services provided by Kuwait-Turk Germany Bank through the bank’s electronic application immediately after account opening and activation of the fully digital banking services. Customers can complete the account opening process without needing to travel to Germany or visit any of the three KFH Group service centers in Mishref, Al-Khalidiya, or Al-Qurain, thereby saving customers time and effort and delivering a new, hassle-free digital banking experience with no fees.

Al-Musallam added that the service opens up broad prospects for customers to benefit from distinguished financial services in one of Europe’s largest and most important financial markets. After opening an account, customers can enjoy free money transfers within Europe without charges, request an ATM card directly through the application, and access a diverse range of other premium banking and investment services offered by Kuwait-Turk Germany Bank to its clients.
She noted that the service aligns with the strategy of strengthening integration among KFH Group units and consolidating a unified vision, contributing to providing a more convenient and flexible banking experience for customers. It also complements the expansion of premium services in collaboration with banks within the KFH Group, including Kuwait-Turk Turkey, Kuwait Finance House Bank – Egypt, and subsequently Kuwait-Turk Germany.
Three Customer Service Centers
KFH announced that it recently opened three centers to provide group services (KFH Group Service Center) at branches in Mishref, Al-Khalidiya, and Al-Qurain. These centers serve customers of Kuwait-Turk Turkey and Kuwait Finance House Bank – Egypt, as part of the group’s ongoing efforts to achieve integration among its units and provide advanced banking services that meet the needs of customers within Kuwait.
