Kuwait condemns Israeli occupation airstrikes on Abu al-Duhur military airport in Idlib
- The international community and the Security Council are called upon to halt repeated attacks and ensure respect for Syria’s sovereignty and territorial integrity.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed the State of Kuwait’s condemnation and denunciation of the Israeli occupation’s airstrikes on Abu al-Dhaher Military Airport in the Idlib Governorate of the Syrian Arab Republic, deeming them a violation of Syria’s sovereignty and territorial integrity and an escalation that threatens to undermine regional security and stability.
In a statement issued on Tuesday, the Ministry called on the international community and the Security Council to fulfill their responsibilities in halting the Israeli occupation’s repeated attacks on Syrian territory and ensuring respect for the rules of international law and the UN Charter.
The Ministry reaffirmed the State of Kuwait’s firm position supporting the sovereignty, territorial integrity, security, and stability of the Syrian Arab Republic.
