Renovation of 'Electricity and Public Works' buildings at a cost of 3.4 million dinars... coming soon

The Ministry of Electricity, Water, and Renewable Energy has referred the tender for the comprehensive maintenance of its building and the Ministry of Public Works building in the South Al-Sarra area to the Court of Audit, seeking its approval to award the contract to the winning bidder after the Court’s audit and review, paving the way for the commencement of works in the near future.

In this context, the tender aims to carry out various maintenance works for mechanical, electrical, and civil works, as well as irrigation networks, financial management systems, and central control systems, in order to enhance the operational efficiency of the buildings in both ministries and extend their useful life. This is particularly important given that the buildings house central administration, including the offices of the two ministers, most offices of assistant undersecretaries, and a large number of employees, and are heavily visited by auditors daily, necessitating maintenance, upgrading, and development of the facilities.
