Minister of 'Affairs': Professional discipline and 'fingerprinting' are everyone's responsibility
Dr. Amthal Al-Huwail, Minister of Social Affairs, Family, and Childhood, emphasized the necessity of strengthening professional discipline and adherence to attendance and fingerprint systems, stressing the importance of leaders and staff assuming their responsibilities and committing to performing their duties in a manner that positively impacts performance levels within the Supreme Council for Family Affairs.
This came during Dr. Al-Huwail’s monitoring of the Council’s operations, where she reviewed the work mechanisms across various departments following the development of the organizational structure. She also met with several leaders and officials to review work plans and follow up on efforts to enhance institutional efficiency and improve service quality.
The inspection tour covered the Council’s departments and shelter centers, as well as the mechanisms for providing services there, in addition to the Social and Psychological Counseling Department. Dr. Al-Huwail stressed the importance of periodic monitoring of these centers’ activities and working to develop and enhance their efficiency, ensuring the provision of a safe and comprehensive environment for beneficiaries.
