'Ministry of Transport': Two closures on the Fourth Ring Road and Riyadh Road starting tomorrow, Monday

The General Directorate of Traffic announced the implementation of road closures on the Fourth Ring Road and King Faisal bin Abdulaziz Al Saud Road (Riyadh Road), starting tomorrow, Monday, August 17, 2026, as part of roadworks.

The Directorate clarified that the first closure covers the entire overpass on the Fourth Ring Road opposite the Qurtuba area, heading toward Salmiya, daily from 1:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m., for a duration of 21 days.

It added that the second closure affects the fast and middle lanes opposite the Khaldiya area on King Faisal bin Abdulaziz Al Saud Road (Riyadh Road), from the Third Ring Road toward Kuwait International Airport up to the Fourth Ring Road, from Monday, August 17, 2026, to Wednesday, September 16, 2026.
